Angelini Industries Future Leaders Program
The 3rd Edition of the Angelini Industries Future Leaders Program, of which we are a strategic partner, has begun.
It is a unique program designed to develop Angelini Industries’ Future Leaders (FL) – selected from inside and outside Angelini Industries – by providing challenging and purposeful opportunities that will accelerate their readiness to take on business leadership roles.
The Program, co-designed with SDA Bocconi School of Management and entirely in English, will begin with an innovative, blended, practice-oriented and advanced Program at the renowned campus in Milan and Rome.
The Program will also provide job assignments at Angelini Industries, within and across functions, in an accelerated learning environment. This includes extended leadership contact, formal training and professional development.
At the end of the Program, candidates will be ready to fill their landing position at Angelini Industries.
