EuroSearch was born running that extra mile. Our founding Partners taught us never to settle. Always offer something more: something new, something different. And so, we have grown, and evolved, just like the market. Which now demands the speed of a hunter and the attitude of an innovator.
Our proactivity means we like adding. We aim to be Heads & Hunters. EGoing that extra mile is also the cornerstone of our organizational structure. We like sharing our best practices among Partners, multidisciplinarity in our approach to executive search, and having a customized approach in the construction of advisory solutions, which are designed together with our clients.
We were born in 1969, in Turin and Milan. In the same year, we founded our network with our European Partners: ECI Group. We have grown alongside Italian companies, and with them, we approached the international market. We remain hunters, but we are also thinking heads: Heads & Hunters.
Niccolò Giunta
Managing PartnerWith a degree in Philosophy from the University of Turin, Niccolò started his career in 1995: two years at EuroSearch to learn the basics of executive search. He then set off on his journey, initially Belgium and then Alba, working for the Ferrero Group. In 2000 he became the Head of Organization Soremartec Group: managing process analysis; training, development and management of human resources; and process and structure engineering. In 2002 he returned to Italy as Partner at EuroSearch, managing the Milan office. In 2014 he became Managing Partner.
The structure of thought patterns and philosophy remain his passion, along with music, which he is teaching to his children.

Emanuela Gorini
PartnerWith a Degree in Business Economics from Bocconi University, Emanuela started at KPMG in Milan, in the Audit Department, where she worked in the banking and industry sectors. She was however drawn to human resources and soon started to manage the recruitment of professional staff. In 1988 she took her first entrepreneurial step and joined Trevisearch, where after some years she became Managing Partner. She has operated in executive search focusing specifically on the financial services sector for Italian and international clients. In 2011 she joined EuroSearch as Partner.
Horses have always been her passion, which she shares with her daughter.

Mario Pejrone
PartnerMario obtained his Degree in Medicine with specialization in Health Economics from the University of Turin. He then took postgraduate courses in marketing, organization and control at Bocconi University in Milan.
His career has been a real journey.
He started in 1998 and for ten years he managed complex projects in the areas of Company Organization, Commercial Development and Business Start-Ups in medium and large companies. In 2008 he was appointed as Business Development Director of an Italian multinational group and in 2012 he was appointed General Manager for North America, where he lived six years. In 2018 he returned to Italy, operating in strategic cross-border EU-USA consultancy.
In 2019 he joined EuroSearch, becoming a Partner at the end of that year.
Mario enjoys travelling, experiencing local cultures and collecting historical artifacts.

Miriam Lentini
Associate PartnerWith a Degree in Public Relations from IULM University in Milan, Miriam started her career in 1998 with one of the largest global players in temporary staffing. She then developed HR services, in particular, communication and recruiting campaigns. In 2010 she joined EuroSearch, to which she preciously contributes through her ability to interpret a company’s context and to understand strategic objectives and organizational requirements. She manages projects focusing in particular on the Industrial, Machinery and Chemical sectors. From January 2018, she also supports the Edge Division. She has two daughters and loves essays, historical movies and playing tennis.

Julia Cozzi
Business Unit Manager
EDGEJulia obtained her Degree in Architecture from the University of Venice but has always preferred companies to building sites. She started her career at Mercedes-Benz Spot in 1996. In 2000 she joined Xerox, where she remained until 2019 growing through increasingly senior roles and finally becoming Europe Country Marketing Communications Manager. From 2019, she has been General Manager of the Edge Division. Listening to people, precision in execution and focus on objectives are her working staples. In her – little – free time, she likes pottery and gardening. She is married and has 2 children and is passionate about history of art.

Giovanni Bertini
ConsultantWith a Degree in International Political Science from the University of Turin, Giovanni started his career in 1993 at Ferrero. The following year he joined UTET, where he developed professionally: he later became a senior manager and member of the Board of UTET Bookshops. In 1999 he joined EuroSearch, where he brought his passion for personal relationships, partnerships, project design. He manages search appointments for senior clients operating in all sectors and businesses. He loves nature and enjoys it through sailing, skiing, long walks in the country, sharing his passions with his family and friends.

Mario Bondone
ConsultantWith a Degree in Law from the University of Turin, Mario started his career in Human Resources, working for national and multinational companies and reaching senior positions. He managed both human resource development and staff downsizing. He has significant experience in other business areas as well: legal, real estate, logistics, procurement and general services. In 2016 he brought his expertise to EuroSearch, developing and managing Transition Task projects. He loves reading, action movies, and most of all, his grandchildren’s energy.
Chiara Scassa
ConsultantAfter her Degree in Economics from the London School of Economics, Chiara started her multi-faceted career: in Italy and abroad, for family-owned and multinational companies, from insurers to music labels, often opening offices in Italy for multinationals. In 2013 she joined EuroSearch, managing international relations throughout the ECI Group, especially in innovative and sustainable sectors. She believes solutions come from careful and attentive listening. She loves walks, with family and dogs, good food, good wine, and has recently discovered she has a green thumb.

Erika Saidelli
PartnerWith a Degree in Natural Science and a thesis in Environmental Marine Science, Erika began her adventure in executive search in 2000: Roberto Giunta was her mentor in Italy and ECI Group was her international playing field. In 2006 she moved to Geneva at Finders, consolidating her experience in executive search. In 2008 she moved to MSC Cruises in Geneva, reporting to the CEO to set up and manage the communications division at a global level. In 2010 she returned to Italy, at EuroSearch, where she has been a Partner since 2012. Erika is a coach (ACC ICF Certificate).
She loves the sea and sailing, a family tradition.

Marco Guadagnuolo
PartnerMarco obtained his Degree in Economics from the University of Turin, but people were always his passion, as proven by a career spanning two decades in HR and an HR Executive Program at the University of Michigan – Ross School of Business.
In 1998 he joined Ernst&Young Consultants – now Capgemini – where he consolidated his expertise. In 2005, he moved to GE Capital Solution Equipment Financing as HR Manager. In 2008 he joined Novartis as HR Head
Oncology Italy and in 2015 he was put in charge of Talent Management & Organizational Development for the area for the whole of Europe. He is a coach (ACC ICF Certificate).
He loves enjoying life with his family, travelling any time he can in search of cultural and food experience.

PartnerWith a Degree in Law from the University of Milan and her certification as lawyer, Anna discovered a fascinating world: companies. She started from one of the most renowned: Lavazza, initially as Legal Counsel and in 1994 as HR Director, at a time of significant international growth. In 2000 she extended her work to executive search, both locally and internationally. In 2013 she brought her experience to EuroSearch, where she became a Partner at the beginning of 2017.

Roberto Giunta
Founder and PresidentWhile he was getting his Degree in Economics from Bocconi University in Milan, Roberto was Vice President of the Bocconi Interfaculty with Bruno Colle, and a member of UNURI.
He was also a co-founder (with Ambrosoli, Gironda, etc.) of the Circolo della Critica in Milan.
Roberto started his career at IBM with management roles in sales in Milan and Naples.
Subsequently, he joined SNSA as General Manager. He worked with Soris Spa, organizing economic research on account of ISPI, the Ministry of Labor and the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region as economic researcher and project leader.
From 1969 – Founder and Chairman of EuroSearch Consultants.
He has sat on the Board and on the Executive Committee of various companies, including Seat, Società Italiana Vetro, Sip Telecom, Vetroeuropa, Ibmei.
Gianluca Crisanti
Business Unit Manager
Edge TechGraduated in Economics and Business from the University of Turin, Gianluca started his career in recruitment in 2003. He worked in some of the most well-known Head Hunting companies in Italy, joining positions of increasing responsibility. In 2011 the desire to get an international experience took him to the UK, working 13 years in recruitment for Nigel Frank International. Fascinated by technology, he specializes in the IT world, becoming a point of reference for companies looking for highly qualified professionals in the information technology industry. Since 2024 he has been appointed Business Unit Manager at EDGE Tech, a division of Eurosearch specialized in IT Recruitment. Convinced that passions can combine with work, he plays tennis, the drums and travels whenever he can. He works in Italian and English.
Marco Palazzo
ConsultantWith a Degree in Economics from the University of Turin, Marco started his career in 1984 at Andersen Consulting, now Accenture. In 1990, he joined the GFT Group, occupying senior positions for important luxury and retail brands, and living for long periods in Europe and Asia. He has managed M&A and listing transactions as well as company restructurings. From 2017, he has worked at EuroSearch on leadership consulting projects, where he helps in managing the organizational issues of his client companies with a very marked managerial approach.
In his free time, Marco is a passionate reader of novels and essays, and loves skiing and golfing.

Gabriella Rosellini
ConsultantGabriella started her career in 1990 at EuroSearch. Initially as Research Associate, then moving on to the development of middle management research. She then switched to executive search, gaining lots of experience in various functional areas such as R&D, Sales & Marketing, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Operations, General Management and Finance. From January 2018 she also supports the Edge Division. She takes good care of candidates along the entire selection process. Gabriella likes to find her balance through meditation, dancing and nature.
Alberto Ferracin
ConsultantHe began his career in the ICT sector, for over twenty years he followed some of the most important companies on the Italian scene as Project Manager, his sectors are automotive, telecommunication sector, energy provider companies and insurance sector.
He managed complex projects in the fields of Security, Networking and Cloud Computing and ultimately focuses on new technologies and Artificial Intelligence.
He is often involved in Change Management and company acquisition activities.
He brings his experience to Eurosearch which allows him to approach clients with a high-level vision of the processes and objectives that are proposed to him each time.
His all-time sport is sailing and his passion is regattas!

Our logo has always been the Peregrine Falcon: surgical eyesight, focused hunting, effective reaching of results. At the ripe age of 50, we have refreshed it, to celebrate EuroSearch’s flight into the future: we’ve broken down headhunting and elevated it to become Heads & Hunters.
